Photonics is the science of photon manipulations and controls. The study of light-matter interactions has provided numerous advancements in many fields. At the School of Applied and Engineering Research Labs, we study the interaction of pulsed lasers with 2D materials and nanostructures. We develop new design concepts of pixelated and pulsed Terahertz (THz) imaging systems for security, telecommunications, agriculture, and medical applications.<\/p>\n
