Offers precision, sensitivity, and speed for applications like high-speed communication and sensitive spectroscopy.<\/li>\n<li><b>Plasma Wave Photodetectors: <\/b>Exploiting the interaction between terahertz radiation and plasma waves in semiconductors. Terahertz waves induce electron density oscillations, converted into electrical signals for high sensitivity and speed. Useful for imaging, sensing, and communication.<\/li>\n<li><b>Terahertz Bolometers: <\/b>Sensitive devices detecting terahertz radiation via temperature change in materials. Absorption causes temperature rise, measured by temperature sensors.
