The presentations encompassed various topics, including theoretical physics, quantum technologies, and 2D Materials Physics. Recognized as the world&#8217;s largest annual gathering of physicists and researchers, the APS March Meeting featured IAP prominently among the distinguished speakers.<\/p>\n<p>Abderrahman Aberda will give a talk on &#8220;Modelling of terahertz wave pulse generation using photoconductive antennas&#8221; in which he investigated the potential use of Graphite, MoS2 and Black phosphorus as photoconductive antennas.<\/p>\n<p>Mohamed Amine Rhanbouri talk will be on &#8220;Transport through gate-controlled graphene quantum dots&#8221;. The purpose of his talk is to investigate the properties of graphene QD devices under the effect of a gate electrode.<\/p>\n<p>Mohammed El Hammoumi talk is entitled &#8220;Growth of monolayer MoS2 on Optical Fibers via CVD for Neurological Applications&#8221; where he will discuss the successful deposition of MoS2 on an optical fiber by using Chemical Vapor Deposition.<\/p>\n<p>Afaf Yaden talk is on &#8220;Raman spectroscopy of Black Phosphorus synthesized by CVT methods&#8221;.
