Prof. Abdelouahad El Fatimy, Associate Professor of Physics at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, has been invited to speak at TeraTech 2025, an international symposium on terahertz science and technologies, which will take place from June 2 to 6, 2025, at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
His presentation will focus on recent advances in quantum sensing technologies based on two-dimensional (2D) materials, with applications in the terahertz (THz) frequency range. This research contributes to the development of next-generation sensing platforms, combining the unique electronic and optical properties of 2D materials with the sensitivity required for THz applications.
TeraTech 2025 brings together researchers and professionals from academia and industry to discuss emerging technologies, fundamental research, and innovation in the THz domain. The program includes invited talks, contributed presentations, and poster sessions across a range of topics including materials science, device engineering, and signal processing.
